Design Retainer

Before we delve into the design process, we require a design retainer. Starting at $500.00, this retainer covers the essential design elements necessary for a successful transformation. The cost may vary depending on the complexity of your project, the time involved, and any additional adjustments. Rest assured, this fee is applied towards the overall project cost and is due before we commence the design journey.

Measurements & Planning

With the initial consultation complete and the design retainer secured, it’s time to get practical. Our team will visit your home to take precise measurements and discuss various options and possibilities for the space. Led by our Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer, we’ll create detailed floor plans with multiple options, ensuring we capture your vision effectively.

Design Services Options

As we progress, you have the flexibility to choose from various design service options tailored to your needs:

  • Design Only: If you already have contractors in mind for installation, our design-only service provides you with comprehensive design plans to guide your project.
  • Design and Supply of Cabinets: Opt for this option if you have your own contractor for installation but need assistance with cabinet selection and supply. We’ll ensure you get the perfect cabinets to complement your design.
  • Design and Supply of Cabinets and Countertops: Elevate your space with our cabinets and countertops service. We’ll work with your chosen contractor for installation while providing top-quality materials to enhance your design.
  • Total Project Management – Design-Build Full Service: Sit back and relax as we handle every aspect of your project from start to finish. Our comprehensive service includes design, supply, and seamless project management, ensuring a stress-free experience for you.
